My third daughter is a Heritage Presbyterian Preschool graduate. As a parent, I felt that she was getting such a great preschool education; I wanted to join the fun as a teacher! I have been teaching at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool for 21 years and I also work part time at Kirkland’s Home at Voice of America. I love teaching and enjoy learning new educational techniques to enhance your child’s school experience. I get very excited when I see a child have an “ah ha” moment. Those moments let me know I’m doing my job and they keep me coming back year after year. Where else can you work and hear someone say, “I love you,” or you receive a hug every day? In my spare time, I LOVE to cook, read and spend time with my three daughters.

I am a wife and a mom, and for the last eleven years I have been an in-home childcare provider for teachers’ children.   My husband Alan and I have been married for 30 years, and I was a stay-at-home mom of two daughters for much of that time.  Working with little children is my passion, and I look forward to being a part of the team at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree from NKU.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, home decorating, and traveling.  I look forward to getting to know you and your precious children.

I have been married to my husband, Mark for 27 years.  We have four children; two daughters and two sons, ranging in age from 24 to 15.  I earned my Master’s degree from Miami University, and have been teaching for 19 years; nine of those years have been at Heritage Preschool.  When I’m not working in my classroom or creating lessons for the preschoolers, I enjoy keeping up with my children’s many sports events, concerts, and school activities.  I also love to travel and am always planning my next trip!

All three of my own children graduated from Heritage Presbyterian Preschool, and it is my privilege to be teaching here for my sixth year.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University and have held various teaching positions for thirteen years.  I believe that children are God’s greatest blessing!  My favorite thing about teaching is building self-esteem in each and every child I meet.  In my spare time, I enjoy sports, scrapbooking, volunteering, and reading.

Both of my sons are Heritage Presbyterian Preschool graduates. This is my fifth year teaching at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati. I have been working with children for many years; in preschool settings, teaching Sunday school, and volunteering in classrooms at my kids’ schools. I love talking with children and watching them learn and grow. I think that we can also learn a lot from the way they see the world. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking, reading, scrapbooking and spending time with my family and friends.

I have worked as a preschool teacher for 9 years, but have worked with children in many roles for over 21 years.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I began teaching at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool in Fall of 2012.  I  especially love working with preschool children because of the excitement they express as they make new friends, learn to share, express their feelings,  and make new developmental and educational advances all through play.   Away from school, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, exercising, reading and boating.

My family has lived in Mason for 6 years.  I have two children that attend Mason schools, and keep us busy with their various activities.  Heritage has allowed me to be a substitute for the last 2 years, and I’m excited to take on an assistant role this year.  I love working with the preschoolers, because they are so full of excitement and always eager to learn.  Outside the classroom I enjoy traveling, spending time with family & friends, and enjoying the outdoors.

I have been married to my husband Steve for 22 years. I have 3 daughters - all HPP graduates. They are now 20, 18 and 15. I served on the preschool board for many years while my kids were enrolled at HPP. I have taught Musical Movement, the 2's, 3's, 4's and 5s and am thrilled to be returning to the HPP staff after an 8 year hiatus. I am so excited to be working with Miss Debbie - as she was a wonderful teacher to my girls. I have a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and live in Maineville. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my girls, walking my dogs and working on home projects.

I have been working in the field of education for 14 years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education from Wright State University. This is my fifth year at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool.  I love being able to interact with and observe children as they make new discoveries in their world. I enjoy working together with teachers and parents to make these early educational experiences meaningful and joyful. In my free time, I enjoy running, biking and creating healthy meals to enjoy with my family.
