My third daughter is a Heritage Presbyterian Preschool graduate. As a parent, I felt that she was getting such a great preschool education; I wanted to join the fun as a teacher! I have been teaching at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool for 18 years and I also work part time at Kirkland’s Home at Voice of America. I love teaching and enjoy learning new educational techniques to enhance your child’s school experience. I get very excited when I see a child have an “ah ha” moment. Those moments let me know I’m doing my job and they keep me coming back year after year. Where else can you work and hear someone say, “I love you,” or you receive a hug every day? In my spare time, I LOVE to cook, read and spend time with my three daughters.
I have been working in preschools since 2009 and at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool since 2012. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati. I love working with kids this age because everything is so new and so exciting to them. There are so many creative ways you can help them learn and in their eyes it’s just playing. It’s a joy helping these 3 and 4 year olds get ready for Kindergarten and the years beyond. I live in Maineville with my husband Larry and our two children. I love spending time with my family and exploring all the different sites Cincinnati has to offer. I also enjoy running, biking and reading.
I have been married to my husband, Mark for 26 years.  We have four children; two daughters and two sons, ranging in age from 24 to 15.  I earned my Master’s degree from Miami University, and have been teaching for 18 years; seven of those years have been at Heritage Preschool.  When I’m not working in my classroom or creating lessons for the preschoolers, I enjoy keeping up with my children’s many sports events, concerts, and school activities.  I also love to travel and am always planning my next trip!

All three of my own children graduated from Heritage Presbyterian Preschool, and it is my privilege to be teaching here for my fourth year.  I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University and have held various teaching positions for eleven years.  I believe that children are God’s greatest blessing!  My favorite thing about teaching is building self-esteem in each and every child I meet.  In my spare time, I enjoy sports, scrapbooking, volunteering, and reading.
Both of my sons are Heritage Presbyterian Preschool graduates. This is my third year teaching at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati. I have been working with children for many years; in preschool settings, teaching Sunday school, and volunteering in classrooms at my kids’ schools. I love talking with children and watching them learn and grow. I think that we can also learn a lot from the way they see the world. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking, reading, scrapbooking and spending time with my family and friends.
I have worked as a preschool teacher for 6 years, but have worked with children in many roles for over 20 years.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I began teaching at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool in Fall of 2012.  I  especially love working with preschool children because of the excitement they express as they make new friends, learn to share, express their feelings,  and make new developmental and educational advances all through play.   Away from school, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, exercising, reading and boating.
My husband, Adam, and I have 6 children. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cincinnati. My greatest learning and teaching experiences have been the many years I’ve spent raising my children, teaching Sunday school, and participating in Vacation Bible School for children.  It is a privilege to work with these young members of God’s kingdom!
I have been working in the field of education for 12 years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education from Wright State University. This is my first year at Heritage Presbyterian Preschool.  I love being able to interact with and observe children as they make new discoveries in their world. I enjoy working together with teachers and parents to make these early educational experiences meaningful and joyful. In my free time, I enjoy running, biking and creating healthy meals to enjoy with my family.
